exceptionally nice staff and the room was modern and big size.

I had a really comfortable experience here, everything was very good, the location was comfortable very close to supermarket and restaurants, the restaurants and Maputo for business. The staff were accommodating, it was a bonus. My a double room was new-fashioned & big. There was a good bathroom with a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets.

I stayed in a double room that was perfect and had a modern touch. the location of this place is amazing, it's very close to the waterfront 🌊.

The location here was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Fortress of the Museum and 15 minutes from the airport.

The location of this place is great, with a supermarket and stores nearby and various attractions in the center being within easy reach.

The hotel has a prime location near the ocean and offered a huge fitness center and swimming pool free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had high-quality cuisine at an affordable price.

There were some issues with service, including not providing an airport transfer despite my request and stating that they accept USD but refusing certain notes. The lunch box that I had booked and confirmed was not prepared, and there were some noise issues with interleading doors in the room.

Lovely location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, great bay view, helpful management, clever modern design.

We stayed at a hotel close to the water front where we enjoyed lovely views. the staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and we loved the convenience of the hotel's location near shops and banks.

The room service and restaurant were a disappointment. the towels were thin and small, and the interleading doors in the rooms were an issue as they allowed sound to travel too easily between rooms.

We loved the convenient central location close to the water front and business district. The breakfast was fresh and staff were friendly. The hotel facilities including a gym and sky bar were great additions.

Nothing not to love.

The facilities at Melia were excellent and was great. We were really surprised by the sports complex next door, which we could use once a day for free. The breakfast offered was delicious and the food at the restaurant surpassed our expectations. The skybar provided a fine view of the bay, although the prices were on the higher side.

We encountered a minor issue with the internet connection being unstable and slow. this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

I recently stayed at this gorgeous 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is absolutely perfect, being very close to the waterfront. I was able to enjoy breathtaking views from the Sky Bar on the 16th floor while sipping on delicious drinks served by the friendly staff. The service at this place is top-notch, with attentive and accommodating managers who made me feel valued as a guest. The room itself was impeccable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a good shower, and excellent Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the convenience of having shops and banks within the same building. All in all, this hotel truly made my stay memorable and I will definitely be recommending it to my family.
